Time and Attendance

Job Costing

• Done either on the readers in the orchard in real-time, or at the end of the day
• Time and Attendance and Piecework hours are automatically allocated to various cost centres
• A comprehensive database is built from the integrated data
• No manual input is required
• Reports are available for hours per orchard / activity per period
• The average cost per hour / activity is immediately available
• The Job Costing module ensures hours worked are accurately recorded and allocated to the various cost centres

Unscheduled Breaks

• The application interfaces with the Time and Attendance system and takes normal breaks into consideration when processing the unscheduled breaks
• Exception Reports are generated on unscheduled time per employee

Payroll Interface

• The system interfaces with various payroll systems, for example VIP and Donkerhoek Data
